Tracer International makes no claims to own any of the pictures on our site save our company logo and any equipment pictures we may post on our site. All trademarked logos are owned by their respective companies and all copyrights belonging to them. Tracer International does not claim to own the rights to any of these logos and are using them under general usage.

Tracer International will not be held liable for the following:

• Customer mis-ordering of parts per incorrect part numbers or wrong information given.
• Freight damages- These are claims made to the freight company for damage in shipment.
• Return freight charges and/or restocking fees to the factory.
• Damaged or uncreditable cores- customers must pay core charge backs.

Tracer International does not claim to be a dealer or distributor for any of the products or product logos on this site unless expressly stated.

Tracer International is an authorized dealer/distributor for:

• Sealmaster Paving Products
• Reliance Engine Parts
• Zetor Tractor
• Generac Generators

 All other brands listed are parts supplied by Tracer International in either the aftermarket area, or parts held in surplus and good used warehouses.

Warranties

Tracer International makes no guarantees nor warranties any work contracted out. All engines are warranted by the factory, not by Tracer International. Used parts are sold on an as-is, where-is basis. No guarantees are made unless given on a per order basis my the management. Remanufactured parts are warranted by the respective factory or manufacturer only. Tracer International makes noguarantees or warranties on reman parts or engines. Tracer International is not liable for customer misuse or installation of reman parts and engines. All warranties or repairs will be handled through the factory or manufacturer only.

Refunds

Refunds and returns only upon approval. Special order parts are non-refundable and may be returned for store credit only.

All unpaid or past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month or 18% per annum. Any fees or charges incurred during the collection process will be billed to the customer. Standard account terms are Net 30 Days with a 5 day grace. Large special orders may require a deposit or full payment to order. Engine orders require a deposit.
